Returns, Exchanges & Reimbursements
Please consult these terms if you want to send an item back or seek a refund.
1. Thirty-Day Return Window
Requests must reach us no later than 30 days after delivery. Returned products need to be unworn or unused and remain as delivered, with their tags and original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Steps for a Return
First contact delta9344512@gmail.com. After approval, we will send a return-shipping label together with packing and sending directions. Packages shipped without a prior request will not be accepted.

3. Problems with an Order
Examine your package when it arrives. Let us know promptly if something is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered so that we can assess the problem.
4. Items Excluded from Returns
We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food, plants, or flowers; personalized and made-to-order goods; beauty or other personal-care items; hazardous substances; flammable liquids or gases; discounted sale merchandise; or gift cards.

5. Exchange Procedure
Return the initial purchase before obtaining another item. Following return approval, place a separate order for the preferred product.
6. EU Orders: 14-Day Right
For deliveries to the European Union, you can cancel or return the order for any reason within 14 days without giving an explanation. The item must retain its original condition, tags, and packaging, remain unused or unworn, and include proof of purchase.
7. Refund Status
After the returned product arrives and is inspected, we will communicate approval or rejection. When approved, repayment to the original payment method is processed within 10 business days, although your financial institution may take longer.
